This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you use the mobile application PolarFruits.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you use the application, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including device ID, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally as you use the application, we collect statistics of how you have used the application like game levels cleared and any in-app purchases that have been made.
If you choose to register your account with an email, this email will also be stored.
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:
DeviceID is generated by the application and sent with any requests to the playfab servers to serve as identification.
Usage statistics of how you use the application is sent continuously to the playfab servers via http as you use the application.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
The information is used to keep track of your progress in the game and your virtual currency balance as well as optimizing and improving the application itself.
Your device id is used to connect you/your device with a user account. If you decide to register an account with an email address, this email is also used to connect you to the user account and used to communicate with you.
Emails containing marketing/promotional content will only be sent to this email address if you have given your explicit consent to receive such emails.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your personal information is stored at PlayFab servers (www.playfab.com) and will not be shared with any other 3d party except to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
YOUR RIGHTS
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted.
If you want to see what personal information is stored about you, request the personal data in the account panel in the PolarFruits application (available when clicking the Privacy/GDPR-link on the account panel). Also for confirmation send an email requesting the personal data to request_data@polarfruits.com with your PlayerId (your PlayerId is visible in the account panel ).
If you want to delete all your stored personal data, request a deletion in the account panel in the PolarFruits application (available when clicking the Privacy/GDPR-link on the account panel). Also for confirmation send an email requesting the deletion to delete_me@polarfruits.com with your PlayerId (your PlayerId is visible in the account panel ).
DATA RETENTION
When you use the application the data collected about you will be kept unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
